Every flat section has 3 rooms with 2 or 3 beds, 1 bathroom a kitchen, separated in 2 category Bed Standart, Bed Standart plus and 6 double rooms of category Extras room with facilities of 3 starst hotel room. Residential house is situated in part of city Most called Velebudice, towards the Hippodrome and at the exit towards Plzeň.

Reception is opened 24/7. Parking is available in fenced and secured, monitored car park. Wifi connection is free for whole area of Residential house. Also here is a chance to borrow TV or DVD for Standart category or you can go to pub or cafeteria.
